So die Konsequenzen sind gezogen in meinem "kleinen" arbeitsrechtlichen Konflikt, gestern habe ich dem Verantwortlichen nochmals die Rechtslage anhand der Fakten erklärt und auf die in meinem Falle relevanten Fristen hingewiesen. Das wurde natürlich nicht mit Begeisterung aufgenommen, aber ich war noch nicht fertig. Um ganz klar Nägel mit Köpfen zu machen habe ich daraufhin noch ein Zwischenzeugnis verlangt und um eine Woche Urlaub, wofür ich die nutzen werde sollte eigentlich klar sein.
Momentan jedoch habe ich gerade andere Prioritäten, diese Woche haben wir in der Weiterbildung die erste Zwischenprüfung für die ersten drei Module. Wenn die um ist, dann haben wir das gröbste hinter uns, da die übrigen Gebiete bei weitem nicht so weitreichend und intensiv sind wie Arbeitsrecht, Gehaltswesen und Sozialversicherungswesen. Es ist wirklich ne Amount of substance, demanding and intense, but doable.
