Das System Mubarak - typisch Afrika

Beim Verstehenwollen von Afrika und seinen politischen Systemen bin ich auf ein Buch gestoßen, das von Volker Seitz, einem ehemaligen deutschen Botschafter, verfasst wurde. Als Afrika-Insider berichtet er über traurige politische Gemeinsamkeiten auf dem gesamten afrikanischen Kontinent. Das System Mubarak ist kein Einzelfall, sondern - leider - die Regel. Anbei einige Fragmente aus dem Buch "Afrika wird armregiert - oder Wie man Afrika wirklich helfen kann":
